Owners:

Abuzz Property Management can take care of the day to day details of managing your property so you can rest easy knowing both your assets and your residents are in capable hands. We have the knowledge and know how to handle those difficult situation that are unique to our business. Our software will provide you with a complete detailed accounting each month along with a monthly market analysis. We have professional maintenance crews and cleaning personnel to allow us to quickly turn over vacant units and perform any necessary repairs with minimum downtown.

Finding Good Residents:

We personally show each prospective resident ourselves as the start of the screening process. We screen all applicants and take care of the details, including the securing of the criminal background, credit and security checks and verifying employment and previous landlord references. This is all at no cost to you.

Managing Residents:

We manage all aspects of the resident landlord relationship. Both routine and emergency maintenance,taking care of routine walk through inspections, and managing any situations where conflict resolution is required. Our lease is Colorado Apartment Association written in detail so there is no question about what to expect. Residents are also required to sign a Crime Free Lease Addendum, making it easier to remove residents engaged in illegal activity. We also have other addendums that will help to minimize your liability as well.
